Graduate research school candidates Duncan McKay, Kylie Stevenson and Amy Pitts with their families
ECU’s Graduate Research School (GRS) hosted their biannual BBQ at the Mount Lawley Campus on Saturday, 29 May.
More than 70 people attended, including higher degree research candidates, their families, friends and staff.
Guests enjoyed networking with fellow colleagues while being treated to a delicious BBQ lunch and halal food cooked by staff and students.
Dean of the Graduate School, Professor Joseph Luca, was thrilled to see such a great turnout.
“The event was a wonderful day which not only helped promote a sense of community amongst higher degree research students but also gave students an opportunity to thank their families for their sacrifices and support".
