The 2013 edition of the Good Universities Guide again rates ECU's teaching quality and student experience as one of the best in Australia.

It is the fourth year in a row that ECU has received five stars – the highest star rating – in these categories.

The release of the ratings follows on from ECU receiving a favourable report by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA).

TEQSA commended ECU on the University's effective engagement with its communities, its integrated approach to internationalisation and the strength of its leadership team.

It also follows ECU being named in the Times Higher Education magazine Top 100 Under 50, a global list of the best universities under the age of 50.

The Good Universities Guide surveys all Australian graduating students on their University experience and current employment.

The survey also measures access and equity, research activity, cultural diversity and entry flexibility at all Australian universities.
