Membership with Golden Key

Students qualify for membership of Edith Cowan University Chapter on the basis of objective academic criteria. The top 15 percent of bachelor's degree students enrolled at Edith Cowan University may be eligible after completing at least one year of study. Part-time as well as full-time students may qualify. The Society's constitution strictly prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, colour, sex, religion, national or ethnic origin, handicap, age, sexual orientation, and financial or social status.

Benefits of membership

The membership is a lifetime membership. Once you become a member, you are entitled to all benefits and privileges of membership. The benefits available to you upon joining Golden Key include: University recognition of your high academic achievement; Undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships available only to Golden Key members; Career assistance with nearly 100 corporations in Australia and more than 500 in the US. International networking with students and academics when travelling within Australia and the United States for conferences or postgraduate study; Lifetime membership benefits are transferable to any chapter within the Society; Lifetime subscription to the Society's award-winning journal 'CONCEPTS'; and Opportunities to participate in the chapter's community service activities and to serve on the executive committee.
