Orientation events for new students
Welcome to ECU!
Commencing University can be a little daunting and there may be some things, which you are not aware of, that you will need to know in order to succeed at University. ECU runs an intensive two-week Orientation program* # for new and transitioning students at the start of semester to help you familiarise yourself with the University and discover important information about what to expect in your course.
*All Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) courses will commence one week prior to other courses, with a specialised Orientation program throughout the week before that.
#ECU South West courses have a specialised Orientation program that commences one week prior to classes. Register for these events on the ECU South West website.
Orientation activities at Mount Lawley and Joondalup will run from Wednesday, 10 to Saturday, 20 February, with various events and workshops available (in repeat sessions) throughout this period.
