Innovators wanted. Think of a great new product or service to win $20,000
The Research Commercialisation Office is now accepting entries for the ECU Innovator Awards. The prize is $20,000 towards the commercialisation of your entry.
The Awards are focused on identifying new products or services with commercial potential. The competition is open to all current ECU staff and students.
School of Education Post Doctoral Research Fellow Dr Alistair Campbell won the inaugural competition for his entry iAssess - a smartphone app that reduces the administrative burden of assessing student work. All applications submitted for the competition will be kept confidential and will be assessed by a panel of judges with extensive real-world experience, on the basis of novelty, market potential, market characteristics/feasibility, competitive advantage and stage of development.
Research Commercialisation Office staff will provide feedback on the commercial potential of all submissions.
