An overview of some of the services provided by the Library to help researchers and staff.
Firstly, we cover the ECU repository which includes theses, research items created by staff and students, conferences, journals published by ECU, and images created by students and staff.
Secondly, a discussion of open access issues which (for instance) affect which rights a researcher retains after publication of their work, which works we can upload into the repository, and the distribution of a researcher's work.
Thirdly, the session will cover the document delivery and inter-library loan services which we can provide to obtain material not available in ECU Library.
Lisa Billingham
Lisa Billingham: Lisa Billingham is the Senior Librarian: Systems at ECU, and currently manages document delivery, electronic reserve and the library management system. Her interests include web development, training, and electronic developments inlibrary services.
Janice Chan
Janice Chan is a Systems Librarian at ECU. She currently works in repository management and document delivery.
