Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) has become one of the techniques of choice for researchers across disciplines, increasingly so in social sciences including business research.

Through this presentation Dr. Dilhani Kapu intends to get students thinking about the possibility of using SEM in their research. In particular, the benefits of using SEM will be highlighted, as it is a family of analytic tools rather than a single statistical technique.

Students will also be informed about the limitations of the model in order to exercise caution when applying the technique in their current or future research.
