The Eveline Rosina Henty Scholarship was established to enable Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to pursue full time studies in an approved course at any university or college of advanced education in Australia. Scholarship selection is based on financial need, academic merit and other related factors. Payments for this scholarship can be up to $5,000 depending on available funds and needs of the recipient.

The late Eveline Rosina Glyde having left to The University of Western Australia the balance of the residuary trust fund created by her will to use the income from it to establish and maintain scholarships for Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to support them during tertiary studies.
