Background

Jaime has been a sessional Lecturer and Tutor since 2003, whilst undertaking her PhD in Finance with ECU. The research for her thesis is primarily based on the behaviour and performance of securitised real estate investments in Australia. Prior to joining ECU, Jaime was a bed and breakfast manager, as well as having taught finance at PIBT and Curtin.

Staff qualifications:

  • BBus (Economics & Finance) with 1st class Honours from Edith Cowan University Research

Research interest:

  • Real estate investment funds;
  • Asset pricing.
