Glass sculpture workshop
A variety of kilns and glass blowing tools are available at our Mount Lawley Campus under the guidance of our professional trainers.
In the glass studio students develop an informed approach to the creation of designed artifacts and sculptural artworks using glass as the primary medium.
Students are introduced to design considerations and technical skills development including fusing, slumping, mould-making, casting and basic cold-working techniques. Technical development is complemented by an introduction to contemporary glass developments.
