This project was an exploratory survey put together by researchers who were trying to find out what people think the differences are between telling a news story using text and a photograph, and telling the same story using an information graphic or diagram.
With the results, these differences created a focused study which sought to evaluate the effectiveness of these different methods of explaining the news.
