Young ICT Explorers Competition 2017

Thursday, 25 May 2017

Do you have students in your school that are full of curiosity and imagination? ECU's School of Education is hosting the Young ICT Explorers Competition on Saturday, 16 September 2017. Young ICT Explorers is a non-profit competition, which has been created by SAP to encourage school students to create their best Information and Communication Technology (ICT) related projects. This is an amazing event where teams of students showcase their projects and inventions using technology. With 5 Year / Grade divisions , YICTE is free to enter and students can submit projects individually or in teams of up to four.

At the event students have five minutes to pitch their project to a panel of judges made up of leading ICT industry experts and University academics, and the Judges then have five minutes to ask students questions. A presentation ceremony will be held at the end of the judging event to present certificates and prizes to participants and winners.
