The impact of music looping technologies upon pre-service generalist teachers’ self-efficacy to teach music in primary schools after pre-service training and in school practicum situations

This PhD project will develop a tool for measuring the self-efficacy of pre-service teachers before and after they complete one unit of study incorporating music looping technology. It will also investigate the transferability of pre-service teachers’ self efficacy from the pre-service tutorial room to the classroom using video based methods.
