Visit to Karalundi Aboriginal Education Community School

Wednesday, 15 June 2011

In late May, FLC Director Dr Deslea Konza and Research Consultant Paul Woodley visited the remote Karalundi Aboriginal Education Community School outside Meekatharra to support principal Dr Paul Buschenhofen in implementation of the literacy component of the PALL project. The visit provided an opportunity for both team members to understand the context of a remote school and the needs of the students. This will be followed up by another visit in August to spend more time in the classrooms.
