The Graduate Diploma in Education (Primary): improving retention rates and learning outcomes of students at educational risk
This project expanded on an earlier project that investigated the factors that influenced first-year retention. Factors affecting Graduate Diploma students are often more complex, with higher proportions of mature age students with family responsibilities and many undertaking a significant career change.
