Employability and transfer of non technical skills across different contexts

This research plans to investigate the influence of certain factors on the transfer of non-technical skills across different contexts. This will identify collaborative strategies for creating learning and workplace environments which enhance transfer, taking stakeholders one step closer to producing the elusive ‘work-ready’ graduate.
