Principals as literacy leaders - Association of Independent Schools in Western Australia

This project involves primary schools from the independent sector in Western Australia, including several remote schools. Both principals and literacy leaders are working through five professional learning modules that have been designed to develop both their leadership skills and literacy knowledge. The literacy component focuses on developing essential reading skills in children from low SES environments and others who struggle with basic reading acquisition.
