Assessing the impact of a commercial synthetic phonics program on teacher knowledge, attitude to teaching, and pre-primary student progress

This project conducted an evaluation of the year-long implementation of a commercial phonics reading program in four pre-primary classrooms. Significant gains were found in both teacher knowledge of reading instruction and student achievement
