Investigations into the effect of nozzle geometry on entrainment in gaseous jets
Fluid jets emitted from nozzles undergo entrainment and mixing with their surroundings. How these jets develop is affected by nozzle exit geometry. This project investigated the effects of different nozzle geometries on the mixing and dissipation of gaseous jets by conducting measurements of turbulence.
