The School has a very active research program aligned to the various academic disciplines, these include:
Centre for Exercise, Sports Science and Rehabilitation Research
The Centre for Exercise and Sports Science Research conducts high-impact scientific research and provides postgraduates with training and supervision in the area of exercise and sports science.
Child Health Promotion Research Centre
The Child Health Promotion Research Centre is a multi-disciplinary team that conducts high quality, applied research to improve the overall physical, emotional, and mental health and well-being of children and other young people and their families.
Population Health Research Group
The Population Health Research Group draws together researchers in the broader population health domain, including epidemiology, addiction studies, adult health promotion, occupational and environmental safety and health and health services management.
Occupational Health Research Group
The Occupational Health Research Group brings together researchers within the school, the Department of Mines and Petroleum (WA), Department of Health (WA) and various industry partners who have an interest in occupational health research.
