- Qualified Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (2002);
- 9 years of practitioner experience in administrative law;
- Most recently worked as legal policy adviser to Parliament and Ministers.

- The cost of judicial review;
- Human rights;
- Democracy;
- Access to legal recourse: and
- Impact of environmental law on legal proceedings.

- The Cost of the Rule of Law;
- The impact of the McKinnon case on FOI;
- Correlation between judicial review and environmental decisions.
