Australian Human Resources Institute

All Human Resource Management programs in the School of Management are accredited by AHRI - the Australian Human Resources Institute - which is the professional association of human resources personnel in Australia.

Accreditation acknowledges our internal quality assurance processes around planning our courses, that we seek and demonstrate stakeholder input, we monitor outcomes, evaluate feedback, implement changes and look for ways to continuously improve. Accreditation also acknowledges that AHRI believes we are equipping students with the outcomes needed to be an effective human resources practitioner.

AHRI has accredited the following School of Management courses:

  • Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management);
  • Graduate Certificate of Business (Human Resource Management);
  • Graduate Diploma of Business (Human Resource Management);
  • Master of Human Resource Management.
As a result of the accreditation, students who have completed the AHRI Professional Diploma of Human Resources can gain credit towards studying the above Graduate Human Resource Management qualifications at ECU.
