Professor Barrett’s success

Professor Rowena Barrett, Head of School of Management, has been researching extensively, with a one of her papers recently being accepted.  

Titled “Forms of Capital, Intra-Ethnic Variation and Polish Entrepreneurs in Leicester,” the article will appear in the Work, Employment and Society Journal (ERA listed). 

“I was thrilled to bits when the paper I co-authored with colleagues at De Montfort University was accepted” she said. 

Rowena has also been appointed the HRM Track Chair for an ANZAM Conference to be held in December in Adelaide. The HR track is renowned as a highly popular track for papers at the conference.
