An ‘A-star’ journal for Alan

The School of Management would like to congratulate senior lecturer Dr Alan Coetzer for his recent research efforts, which have resulted in his work being published in an ‘A-star’ journal.

Alan’s paper, titled ‘Formal development opportunities and withdrawal behaviors by employees in small and medium-sized enterprises’, was published in the Journal of Small Business Management, which is renowned as a key journal in the small business industry.

The article was co-authored with international colleagues reining from Massey University ad Goldsmiths College at the University of London.
