US Consul visits ECU
A three-week International Business themed study tour from the United States is currently being undertaken in Perth, in conjunction with the Faculty of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University.
School of Management lecturers Associate Professor Gary Chittick and Dr Ian Austin presented a range of seminars to students, as well as taking the group out of the classroom on several excursions. These have included Austal Ships and Fremantle Ports WA.
The students also enjoyed a guest presentation by Mr Neal Vermillion, Consul, US Consulate General.
“It has been a fantastic experience for the students, who have embraced the learning opportunities and shown keen business insight from an international perspective", said Associate Professor Chittick.
