Background
Dr Paul Jackson has been an Information Technology (IT) industry practitioner since beginning his career in 1981 as a Systems Engineer with IBM. He has managed systems development of large software systems in diverse areas such as enterprise resource planning, public housing, and network management since 1989, both in Perth and Berlin. He has consulted to many industry and public service organizations in strategic IT planning, IT-business alignment and systems development. Paul joined ECU in June 2002 and has a PhD in information systems development.
