Background
Barry is Coordinator of the Graduate Certificate in Career Development and has been involved with the ECU Career Development program since 2005. He has extensive experience in consulting to organizations and counselling individuals, as well as leading, coaching, and training teams in both human resources and financial services contexts. Between 2000 and 2005, he held executive roles at National and State level with the Career Development Association of Australia.
