Degrees Training Restaurant 

Degrees Training Restaurant is a training facility within the School of Marketing, Tourism and Leisure. The restaurant is staffed by students from the Bachelor of Hospitality Management program, under the guidance of fully qualified lecturers with a wealth of industry experience.

Being a live training environment, Degrees offers students the opportunity to put both their theoretical and practical knowledge and skills to the test. In this working restaurant, based on the Joondalup campus, students gain invaluable work experience whilst fulfilling curriculum requirements.

Degrees Restaurant is yet another example of the Faculty of Business and Law’s practical approach to teaching and learning, ensuring that graduates leave the university job ready and with added experience.

Location

Degrees is located in Building 9.207 at ECU Joondalup overlooking the on-campus lake. This new location, which opened in July 2010, provides an upgraded training facility and fully fledged production kitchen.

Opening hours

In Semester one 2012, the restaurant will be open from Wednesday 14 March.

Days: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Time: Between 11:30am – 2:30pm.
