Degrees Training Restaurant 

Degrees Restaurant is a training facility within the School of Marketing, Tourism and Leisure. The restaurant is staffed by students under the guidance of fully qualified lecturers with a wealth of industry experience.

Being a live training environment, Degrees offers students the opportunity to put both their theoretical and practical knowledge and skills to the test. In this working restaurant, based on the Joondalup campus, students gain invaluable work experience whilst fulfilling curriculum requirements.

Degrees Restaurant is yet another example of the Faculty of Business and Law’s practical approach to teaching and learning, ensuring that graduates leave the university job ready and with added experience.

Location

Degrees is located in Building 9.207 at ECU Joondalup, overlooking the lake. The facilities include a training facility and fully fledged production kitchen.

Opening hours

In Semester one 2013, the restaurant will be open from Wednesday 13th March.

Days: Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Time: Between 10:30am – 1:30pm.

Coffee and cake - 10:30am to 12:00 noon
Lunch - 11:30am to 1:30pm
Take away meals - 11:30am to 1:30pm
