Daniela is a Research Assistant with the Systems and Intervention Research Centre for Health (SIRCH) within the School of Medical and Health Sciences.
Daniela co-ordinates and manages the HoT 'n' Deadly Health 'n' Science @ ECU and HoT 'n' Deadly First Aid Training projects. HoT 'n' Deadly consists of engaging and interactive educational experiences for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander high school students to build aspirations for a career in health. Daniela also coordinates the Yirra Djindas program that supports current ECU Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students with their studies.
Daniela has obtained a Diploma of Management and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is also qualified as an Education Activity Representative (EAR) with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
