Overview

The School of Medical and Health Sciences is home to teaching and research in Medical and Biomedical Sciences, Allied Health, and Exercise and Sports Sciences, as well as in Public, Occupational and Environmental Health. Our world-class research is rapidly translated to provide solutions to some of the key health issues facing our community.

If you have a passion for enhancing the quality of people's lives, we offer you a variety of health-related courses and career directions. Here, you can specialise in areas like Biomedical Science, Exercise and Sports Science, Paramedicine, Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology.

Our courses

The School of Medical and Health Sciences offers a diverse range of courses across the health, medical, exercise and sports sciences. Our courses are developed in consultation with practising health professionals, health organisations, industry groups and employers to ensure we keep up-to-date with the latest developments in theory and practice.
