Background

15 years in leadership positions in federal government, including State Manager of an agency, before joining ECU in 2007.

Responsibilities:

  • Associate Head of School, Teaching and Learning, Management Course Coordinator and responsible for post graduate industry programs.

Research

Research interest:

  • Retention in the mining industry. Generation Y attributes in relation to learning and employability.

Current research area:

  • Retention in fly in/fly out mining operations.
