15 years in leadership positions in federal government, including State Manager of an agency, before joining ECU in 2007.
Responsibilities:

Associate Head of School, Teaching and Learning, Management Course Coordinator and responsible for post graduate industry programs.
Research
Research interest:
- Retention in the mining industry. Generation Y attributes in relation to learning and employability.
Current research area:
- Retention in fly in/fly out mining operations.
