The science behind improvement: Research at the School of Psychology and Social Science

This colloquium presents research aimed at understanding how people and communities improve. Part 1 - "Improving Communities" - shows research on how different types of interventions change aboriginal communities, improve migrants' wellbeing, and help foster carers. Part 2 - "Improving Communication" - presents research on the importance and development of communication. Part 3 - "Improving Minds" - presents psychological research on how people make better decisions, become resilient, improve their mental health, and how children improve their maths skills.
