As part of ECU\'s commitment to improving customer service for our students, two systems are used to support the University enquiries process. One of these is RightNow (the second is Solidus).
RightNow is a Customer Relationship Management tool that allows the University to collate incoming enquiries e.g. by email. web form (from 'Ask Us';) or walk in.
All new staff users of RightNow who provide support/service to students should attend this training.
The training provides an overview of the 'Ask Us' knowledge base powered by RightNow Technologies CRM, with an emphasis on enquiry handling, best practice usage and functionality advancement.The session is very intensive and the first 10 minutes of the session includes important information. We eould appreciate your punctuality, anyone arriving more than 10 minutes after the start of the session will be at a disadvantage and will not receive the full benefit of the session.
When the session is "Closed" for nominations, please EMAIL CLD. We may be able to enrol you if a place is still available for the date and time you request.
If the session is "FULL", please nominate for the waitlist and you will be contacted if a place becomes available.
