As part of ECU\'s commitment to improving customer service for our students, two systems are used to support the University enquiries process. . One of these is Solidus (the second is RightNow).
Solidus is a contact centre telephone system used to manage call flow coming into the University.
This course will allow participants a hands on learning approach to using the Solidus system in a context similar to the workplace.
