Providing outstanding customer service is an essential part in creating a positive environment for ECU customers and staff alike. This session, the first of the customer service series, covers the essential skills in providing high quality customer service. There is also the opportunity to learn about ECU's service standards and expectations and to develop your customer service skills in phone, face to face, and written interactions.
