There are four modules in this course. One face to face 3 hour session and 3 online modules covering assessment fundamentals, learner-centred teaching, and how to create interactive learning tasks in the online environment. This course is expressly for online tutors and lecturers as it focuses on eLearning and how it can be embedded in learning, teaching and assessment.
The aim of the course is for participants to develop an awareness of eLearning; the techniques and technologies involved, the benefits and limitations, good practice, appropriate, effective and efficient use in eLearning, and to identify ways in which staff might enhance teaching and assessment in their own practice.
After enrolling on the staff kiosk for the first face to face session (on-campus) you will be given access to the Blackboard site to complete the online modules. For further enquiries about the course contact Ross Yates on email@example.com or call on 6304 2749.
