How to Pay

All payments are to be made in Australian Dollars (AUD)

In Person

Payment by cash, cheque, money order, bank draft, credit card and eftpos can be made to the Cashier. In most circumstances, the relevant invoice will be required when making payment.

Online

Specific payments can be paid via E-Shop.
Australia Post online payments for tuition fees Postbillpay.

Telephone

Phone Payments: 13 18 16

Australia Post Bill Pay (you must quote your Billpay code and reference number available on your SIMO fee enquiry page on the bottom left hand side). Please provide the following details: your student name, student number, card type, card number, card expiry date, and relevant details from your invoice.

Facsimile

Credit card payments are accepted by facsimile when sent to the Cashier. The facsimile should include your student name, student number, card type, card number, card expiry date, and a copy of the relevant invoice.
Most invoices will contain a section for including this information.

Post

Payments by cheque, bankdraft, money order and credit card authorisation are accepted by post when sent to the Cashier. Your student name, student number and either a payment slip or copy of your invoice should be included.

Mail sent without adequate postage may not be accepted by the University and will incur an outstanding debt.

Telegraphic transfer

Contact the Student Fees Office or for account details. You will be asked to confirm with the Office that the fees have been sent.

Australia Post

Tuition Fees payment can be made via Australia Post. You will need to have your Statement of Account when making payment.
