Non Award Units

If you are applying to study a unit at ECU which is not for an award at ECU or another university you must submit an Application for Admission and provide evidence you are eligible to study at ECU.

What to include with your application:

  • A complete Application for Admission ensuring that all relevant information is provided including statistical details and you have signed the declaration;
    • Please put the words Non-Award where it asks for the Course
    • Please put the Code(s) and Name(s) of the units where it asks for the Major
  • Certified copies of any qualifications you have obtained (unless gained at ECU);
  • Certified copies of your marriage certificate/change of name if any of the qualifications are in a different name to your current name; and
  • A certified copy of your Australian Passport, Australian Visa or Citizenship papers if you were born outside Australia.

Once your application has been processed you will be advised of the outcome. If it has been successful you will receive a Confirmation of Enrolment with further information on how to commence your studies at ECU.
