How do I make an appointment with a counsellor?

You can choose the campus that suits you best - you don't have to see a counsellor at the campus where your course takes place. However, it is advisable to continue seeing a counsellor at the campus where your initial session was conducted.

If you are unable to attend an appointment, please inform our receptionist in advance, if possible. This means we can offer the appointment to someone else.

To book an appointment with one of the counsellors on your home campus please contact our central Counselling Reception (details above).

What do I do if I need help but no counsellor is available?

You could start with approaching somebody you trust and share your concerns or problems with that person. It can be a friend, partner or colleague; it doesn't have to be a professional.

However, if this doesn't help or nobody is available or you need more professional help please contact one of the Sources of Help.
