WebCMS PROD environment upgrade on Monday 8th November

The WebCMS PROD environment is being upgraded to the very latest version of MySource Matrix in preparation for making the Easy Edit Suite available to web authors.
The upgrade will occur on Monday, 8th November, 2010. As discussed last week at the WebCMS Users Group meeting we are requesting an 'AUTHORING BLACKOUT' from all web authors and approvers starting 5:00pm Friday, 5th November through to 5:00pm Monday, 8th November.
Please do not make any web page changes during this time as they will be lost and not recoverable when the final update is applied late Monday afternoon. The WebCMS PROD environment should be fully operational for use by all web authors and approvers starting first thing Tuesday, 9th November.
During this 'AUTHORING BLACKOUT' the ECU Website, ECU Intranets and WAAPA will remain fully operational and available to all visitors. At no time should there be an outage where the websites be unavailable.
