Analytics
ECU's analytics system provides detailed statistics regarding web traffic patterns across our web domains, and various other web systems. Navigating the analytics system requires a deep understanding and knowledge of ECU's web content and structure, thus only staff members who author or approve content within the WebCMS may request access to the analytics system.
Access
In order to access the analytics system users will need a valid Google Account and an authorised WebCMS Analytics Access Request Form submitted to the Web Business Manager. The Google Account must be specific to an individual author or approver of the WebCMS, and not a generic group account.

Profiles
Once the account as been provisioned, the following core profiles will be assigned to the account by default:

| ECU Intranet (Excludes ECU Network) http://intranet.ecu.edu.au/* |
This profile tracks website traffic to ECU's private (Intranet) webpages running through the WebCMS, but excludes internal ECU networks used by staff and students. |
Uses may also be assigned one or more of the following additional analytic profiles:

Custom Reports
In order to successfully report on data generated by the analytics system, a number of custom reports have been made available, which can be imported into the users account. Simply login below to access the list of custom reports available.
