Web Policy
The intent of the policy is to establish a common framework for the management of web-based content and services available from the Edith Cowan University (ECU) internet or intranet. The policy applies to all staff responsible for web-based content and services available via the ECU internet or intranet.
The policy makes reference to a number of supporting policies and guidelines:

Exemptions
The ECU Web Content Management Policy mandates that all websites at ECU must be maintained by the ECU WebCMS and compliant with the Corporate Web Style. Business owners seeking exemptions to these two requirements must have the exemption approved by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) prior to the website being created. Failure to do so may result in the website being removed from view.
Exemptions requests should be submitted to the ECU Web Business Manager.
