Tickets & Seating Arrangements
Music Under the Stars is a free event however registrations are essential. A ticket will be required to gain entry into the venue.
You can register online for up to 2 adult tickets and 3 child tickets. Children over the age of 2 will require their own ticket.
Tickets will entitle you and your guest/s to a position on the grass in front of ECU’s iconic Chancellery Building 1 – a perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy the music. Seating on the grass is first in, best dressed.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own picnic blankets or low back folding chairs for seating. High back chairs will be positioned at the rear of the venue.

Children are welcome at the event. Those over the age of 2 will require a ticket and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times within the venue. Children must wear footwear throughout the entire event.
What to bring to the event
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, some items are prohibited from the event area. These include but are not limited to:
Security staff will be present at this event and random bag checks will be conducted at the entry gates.
Food & Beverage
Music Under the Stars is being held on an unlicensed premises. There will be no bar service at this event. BYO alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages can be brought into the venue and can be consumed by those aged 18+ only. Neat spirits are not permitted.
ECU encourages all guests to drink responsibly. Please don’t drink and drive. Random bag checks at the entry gates will be conducted by security staff and antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated.
Food can be brought into the venue. A selection of hot food, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available to purchase from the following vendors who will be on site – Get Chips or Die Frying, Churro Central and MyBelly coffee van.
Smart/casual. The evening may turn cool once the sun goes down so please be prepared with some warmer clothing if required. Footwear must be worn by all guests throughout the entire event.
