Elections

Council, Committee and Board elections

The Office of Governance Services is responsible for coordinating elections for a number of positions on Council and its Committees and Boards. To find out more about a particular election, please consult the information below and click on the appropriate downloads for details.

In accordance with the TEQSA Provider Threshold Standards, Council members must be able to meet the requirements outlined in the Fit and Proper Person Declaration.


Current elections

Current elections are listed alphabetically by the name of the body for which the election is being conducted.  Election results may be found in the section below.

South West Campus Advisory Board

Enrolled Student (1)
An election will be held by 13 October 2016 for one enrolled student of the South West Campus, with a term of office from 1 January to 31 December 2017.  The nomination period is from Monday, 29 August 2016 to 12 noon on Thursday 15 September 2016.

WAAPA Board

Enrolled Student (1)
An election will be held by 13 October 2016 for one enrolled student of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, with a term of office from 1 January to 31 December 2017.  The nomination period is from Monday, 29 August 2016 to 12 noon on Thursday 15 September 2016.
