Course fees are to be paid at the time of booking. When payment has been processed, course confirmation will be provided along with a tax invoice. Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard.
A refund of course fees may be granted (less an administration fee of $100) if the participant makes a written cancellation request to the ECU Health Simulation Centre at least 30 days before the course start date. If a participant fails to attend, no refund will be issued.
The University reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of attendees is not reached. In this case, all participants’ fees will be refunded.
