Clinical placement

A clinical placement will not only increase your clinical abilities, but also enhance your skills in interprofessional practice and support your professional communication and collaboration skills, whilst optimising chronic disease self-management for clients.

You will work with a team of supportive, student focused clinical supervisors who will provide you with a valuable and challenging clinical placement. Our clinical supervisors are an experienced team of health care professionals who will assist you to gain an understanding of their chosen discipline, how this relates to your chosen discipline and the impact of these roles in relation to a client’s needs. All our clinical supervisors have been professionally developed to provide you with an interprofessional learning experience.

We aim to provide all of our students with a positive and safe learning experience to develop interprofessional skills for the future healthcare workforce.
