The WA State Government Internship Program is an imitative designed to strengthen the partnership between WA State Government agencies and university students by providing practical work-based training opportunities where students can apply the knowledge and skills they have developed in a professional capacity. The program places final-year undergraduate and postgraduate students from a variety of disciplines in various WA State Government agencies during Semester two.
The Faculty of Education and Arts has an ongoing relationship with the Public Sector Commission and has placed students in internship positions in courses including Advertising, Japanese, Interior & Spatial Design, Journalism, Public Relations and Contemporary Performance.
