ECU Psychological Services Centre

ECU Psychological Services Centre provides services to the community at a teaching clinic located in the Joondalup city centre. The clinic is the primary training centre for postgraduate students in the School of Psychology at ECU.

Counsellors are graduate psychologists undergoing specialist advanced training at the Masters or Doctoral level and are closely supervised by ECU staff members. The Centre provides counseling, psychotherapeutic services and psychological assessments for members of the community.

Assessment and treatment in clinical psychology and forensic psychology is available for individuals, groups and families.This includes a wide range of areas such as anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, child and adolescent counseling, accident and trauma counseling, and counseling for drug/alcohol users.

Testing is available in relation to personality, assisting with diagnosis of ADHD, intellectual capacity and learning difficulties.
