About this PhD Unit Set
Provides higher degree by research candidates with training and supervision in the area of exercise and sports science with the aim of improving our understanding of human movement.
Major areas of research specialisations: Exercise Medicine Neuroscience Strength and Conditioning; Motor Control and Motor Development; Physiology of Sports Performance; Psychology of Sports and Exercise; and Sports Biomechanics.

Candidates enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy Integrated (J42) may be required to attend classes on more than one campus to complete the research training component of the course.

Candidates are expected to meet regularly with their supervisors as part of the supervised independent research component of the course.
