Provides the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to lead and support the evolving needs of educational settings. Engaging in this advanced coursework will enable students to gain a real-world understanding of educational leadership and develop their ability to provide skillful and authentic leadership practice in any educational setting.

Special entry requirements

All applicants are required to have 3 years experience in educational setting or organisation, with equivalents considered.

Graduates from this specialisation can choose from a wide variety of positions that require leadership. The specialisation will prepare graduates for informal and formal leadership positions across all school systems (Government, independent and Catholic) as well as universities and early learning centres.
